Scorned too many times, I seek the cave to dwell...
Central Park remains its usual casual “run and stroll” mode, while Syria topping 1,000,000 refugees, and Chad now deluged with 200,000 refugees from Darfur, struggle to stay human.
Something beautiful ends only for something new and of equal importance to take its place and begin again.
Erotic poem/ love poem/ a reader's experience... I hope it's not distasteful
How I see love (It's description in my viewing)
This poem represents moments that I spent in contemplation. It is a birthday poem...One that I am conflicted about..one that I am not sure I should celebrate. I am sitting by a lake and I am observing the beautiful scenery but she is on my mind and my heart is heavy.

This is a poem about how women should identify themselves as.
"Candles Never Lit" spawned this further exploration in the flame's purpose. Often, layered meanings come from unexpected places.
With so many ideas worth personifying, the candle holds seemingly infinite possibilities.
Life journey. And in case anyone is wondering I don't write summaries for poetry. I think the person reading it should find their own meaning behind the words.

I wonder what the world would be like if everyone could do this. I think everything would move at a much faster pace.
As you can see I do not conform to formatted stanza's and textbook poetry.... Free style is my best form method of release... Fill me, is a poetic floetry of attraction...
heartbroken poem, being hurt and yet, know that love is still present
this is poem resembles the features of a Renaissance(16th century) poem about beauty and admiration. i was inspired by 'There is a Garden in her face' (1617) by Thomas Campion. however, there is a twist to it - it is not about the beaty of a woman but a man. it is supposed to be abstract and rather grander with its images. hope you enjoy it and give me some feedback :)

When I was 14 years old I met a boy and I didn't know that one day he would change my life. We started dating and people were always negetive about it because we live 35 minutes away from each other.

"Our name is legend; our strength unknown
And the ties that bind us together… a mystery!
Our name is Africa
We are Africans!!!"
"I see a break of dawn that
Screeches from the howls of yesternight
A new day, a new birth
Say a Prayer…and see as it unfolds and
Unravels in mystery delight"
