Written after Englands horrendous showing in the 2010 World Cup in South Africa. The defeated and crestfallen squad flew back into Heathrow Airport at the same time as an RAF plane landed. One areoplane carried sulking footballers, the other carried dead soldiers draped in the Union Jack.
