This is a poem telling my now ex-friend that he should leave me alone and stay away from me because of his immaturaty and ignorrance. If you have a frined who doesn't know when enough is enough (or has at least comprehended the moral of The Cat in The Hat by Dr. Seuss), unfriend him/her and never talk to them or make eye contact again. Or at least until they've learned to grow up. If they persist on wanting to be your friend again before they mature, put a restraining order on them or call the police for involuntary harassment. That's what I would do, but it's really your call.
Checking for old poems
I wrote this song a few months ago about my struggle with depresson and bipolar disorder. I hope it will allow others a small glimpse into what it feels like to suffer from a mental ilness.
This is a song I wrote a few months ago about how we are all flawed imperfect creaturees, and how we need to learn to embrace the flaws that make us who we are.
About the significance of words, like I love you, and their potential to weigh us down or set us free.
This poem provides inspiration out of a tough storm.
Life journey. And in case anyone is wondering I don't write summaries for poetry. I think the person reading it should find their own meaning behind the words.
"I see a break of dawn that
Screeches from the howls of yesternight
A new day, a new birth
Say a Prayer…and see as it unfolds and
Unravels in mystery delight"
Clarity finds parity
My first post on here, have plenty more (Never Shared). Love Feedback and would love to post more.
All together in this life, with each out on their own
Thinking it would do me well...
About a relationship between me and my grandmother
loving life and what it has to offer
The shallow beating of a broken heart
Worst nightmares come true, left only to part...
Words that fly,
they never die.
Never taking aim,
till feelings are slain.
When trust has relapsed,
I start a new map.
With better direction,
to improve my affection.
Time of weeks compressed to days.
Thoughts too narrow to see through the haze.
Innocence bears guilt yet no verdict is met.
Beer and Whiskey to drown this concept.
Let it go,
Don't let it hide.
Not a foe,
but not on your side.
Time is a figment. Matter, a ligament. Death, a conciousness event. Life, a dream well spent.
