A muse on an afternoons entertainment
Daddy, look into my infant eyes
When you hold me and speak to me;
See that I am listening
And feeling safe and at ease.
And although I have not learned to form words,
If I could speak,
I would say,
"I'll always need you".
I was going to bed one night and spotted a little toy truck next to the bed, it was my 2 year old sons, his name is Buddy, then I realised how such small things can mean the world to little people...And wrote this poem. I hope you all enjoy it.

District & Circle. (early 1990's)
A true story from when I was a London Heroin addict, which I wrote the morning after hearing the sad news of the death of a friend. The District & Circle Line is an underground trainline which goes round and round and round inner London like a carousel. The accompanying drawing was also made on the same day. Happily times have changed, and I'm 12 years clean, with an 11 year old daughter and a new baby due early june. Life goes on.
Feels like Mantra
