I Don't Like Maths
Poems By: John McMahon
The numbers
slice into my
brain,
the dead leave
scars.
I stich with
badly made-up
equations.
Options?
I’d rather spell
than count!
Numbers, numbers
numbers
So many numbers
in a world of
questions.
I trip over
multiplications:
land in a place
where only words
are the answers.
