Zesty Zephyr
Poems By: Kadeem Porter
The same wind,
that blows through my fingers
with the harmony and serenity
up to par with singers,
is the same as the fallen leaves
and the crux of the tree blows.
Yet that same wind to calm me down
is the same in a tornado.
A tornado that was destined
to grow from the start!!
Destroyed the pieces once again
to my glued together heart!
Same wind that blew my hair,
is blowing me away.
And as morbid as it sounds,
I love it anyway.
